Pick your favorite blooms direct from the field and learn the fundamentals of color, bloom shape, and foliage from flower farmer, Katy. All materials included. Participants take home a one-of-a kind arrangement in a ceramic vase of their choice.
AND…as a special treat, Amanthi, founder of Sara and Effie Tea, will be at the farm for a unique tea tasting experience!
Sara and Effie Tea Experience:
The Sara & Effie Tea Bar was inspired by a love of gardens, tea, and the beautiful moments that happen when the two come together.
At the heart of Sara & Effie is a garden, a place where we grow flowers, gather inspiration, and find endless ways to make an ordinary day feel a little more beautiful. That same spirit comes to life here at the farm, where the seasons inspire what we pour, what we add to each cup, and how we gather together.
Each tea is crafted with care and rooted in a family story that began generations ago in Sri Lanka. At this event, you’ll choose the tea that speaks to you, then make it your own with seasonal touches of herbs and spices. Add a little or a lot, taste as you go, and create a cup that feels just right. You’ll learn about the tea and where it comes from as well.
Then settle in with your tea in a vintage-style teacup and take a moment to sip, savor, and enjoy the beauty around you.
And when you’re ready to go, your teacup goes home with you, a little reminder of your time at the farm and an invitation to brew another beautiful moment at home.
